The initial meeting
Depending on the assignment, we arrange the first meeting with the customer or at the office. We listen to your wishes and needs, as well as your expectations. A short presentation of us also occurs, of course, and the important thing is that we get a clear idea of each other as a good start to a long-term collaboration.
Controller
An inspection officer is a person who is certified and has knowledge of the Planning and Building Act and applicable regulations. Today, it is a legal requirement to hire an inspector, and it is the municipality that decides whether an inspector is required in the specific construction project. In the case of smaller construction projects, it may be sufficient to draw up a simple control plan.
