Betelskolan Hönö
The character of the building is based on the existing building and should breathe an archipelago environment in an interplay between the present and the past with a light wooden facade, brick red roof combined with a red tin roof over the entrance.
Betelskolan is located on Hönö and will accommodate approximately 150 students aged F-6.
The entrance facade facing south is divided into three composite volumes. These three building bodies protrude from the transversal main building, which in turn is integrated with the existing preschool. By dividing the projecting volume, the perceived scale is toned down.
