The red facade in combination with the gray wooden paneling plays on the old coastal buildings, which are both untreated and red.
The independent complementary building is twisted with the long side to the south and a gap between the buildings for passage.
The building has a red sheet facade with a sloping superstructure in grayed Siberian larch to take in as maintenance-free as possible.
